Well, you read the title right. I have seen several people buying the expensive Microsuck’s Encarta or Britannica Encyclopedias on the yearly basis assuming that they are the best places to learn. Wikipedia is definetely more updated and covers several offbeat topics such as South Park Episodes or Spiderman Comic Story Arcs or even the necessary info you need about universities along with the ever valuable and updated external links. You can now download the full Wikipedia hopefully updated at a higher frequency from HERE.
Its a 4.37 GB download. So the next time you feel like gifting an enthusiast or a budding quizzer the best research tool ever, download & gift him the latest edition the entire Wikipedia in case he is not connected to the Internet… The best part being - It’s all open (source)…
